Any type of SUV/AWD vehicle can arrive to this great Ojochal vacation rental without problems. Most of the drive is on paved roads and only the last 100 meters is unpaved.

Perched just above the village this charming and newly renovated 2-bedroom 1 bath home will surprise you. The property is found on a private road with very few homes so through traffic is nonexistent.
Enter the property through the electric gate to the private driveway and covered parking, the magic starts there with a large deck, tasteful landscaping and jungle views that immediately catch your eye. The main entrance to the home is through the kitchen with an open concept floor plan that carries you through the living room to the outdoor space giving you a sense of connection to the expansive ocean and jungle views. The kitchen has been recently renovated with updated appliances, sink and counters, the hardwood cabinets add a warmth to the space and the peninsula counter accommodates breakfast bar seating.
Both bedrooms are spacious with the primary opening to the patio and seating area.
The 2nd bedrooms large windows allow for tons of light to enjoy the lush jungle and vibrant lipstick palms, room here to bump out additional storage.
The washroom has been completely updated with a quality finishings and a large shower with rain head. The remainder of the renovations include flooring, fans and updated lighting throughout.
The outdoor space is the showstopper! Large pool with seating and tabletop…pool lounging at its finest. The ocean and jungle views are jaw dropping and it doesn’t stop there.
